At University Co-op, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached; please note that course materials and clearance items may have specific restrictions.

  Package Your Item

  Securely pack the merchandise in its original packaging and include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation email to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Ship or Drop Off

  Affix your prepaid return label to the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or bring your items directly to our campus storefront for an immediate exchange.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
